What exactly can be tested by RapidRep?

Any kind of structured information which is accessible via the standardized query language SQL(Structured Query Language) can be tested by RapidRep.

RapidRep is thus able to access data from all relevant database systems (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Informix, Sybase, MS Access and many others).

Furthermore data stored in structured files can be tested as well. This applies e.g. for the popular formats like CSV, XML and MS Excel workbook files.

Irrespective of its source these data can be joined with each other without requiring additional, intermediate tables.

RapidRep is often used to check on data quality (consistency, completeness) and to verify that calculated results are in line with expected results.

Can I integrate RapidRep into our existing test process?

RapidRep can be used together with HP Quality Center, IBM ClearQuest Testmanager and IBM Rational Quality Manager.
Supported defect management systems are JIRA and Mantis.

Even an inhouse solution is supported, if its data model supports a couple of requirements. A set of minimal requirements must be fulfilled. Please see the section on supported test management systems

What's the price for RapidRep? 

Our pricing model is very flexible and depends on usage. You can buy any combination of modules and licences.

The cost for RapidRep usually amortize already during the first project. Please ask our sales support for the latest up to date prices.

Apart from a license contract there is a maintenance contract. Thus you receive up to two software upgrades per year with new functions.

We are happy to compose the minimal configuration you need for your requirements.

Which languages are supported by RapidRep?

At the moment German and English are the supported languages for the user interface. The language can be changed in the options dialog at any time.
